Total landscape transformation. My clients finished the build on a post war renovator, with just the softscape to go. The brief- turf the verge, screen and soften the retaining wall (and associated 600 wide concrete cantilevered footing), create something interesting (but low maintenance) for guests to look at when arriving, help with the weed choked area below the house and pool, and make the backyard usable. The solution- Nalabour Couch to the verge; garden area featuring a corten steel/Pandanus custom planter; fern filled corten steel planters to the door; raised beds to cover the retaining wall footings; deep gravel to the hard to maintain areas; and a Sir Walter lawn- games on!
